The Deal Castle 5 Mile returns again in 2018 to the Kent running calendar with it's accurately measured fast and flat promenade course. Organised by Deal Tri Club this popular race starts and finishes on Deal seafront and with the right weather conditions PB's are definitely on the cards! The race is staged utilising the seafront promenade and a short section of the unmade Wellington Parade and Boundary Road, Kingsdown. The route is an out and back figure of eight course . There will be limited parking available along the seafront. Junior 1000m race also available.
