Multi-lap and very gently undulating 10K route through picturesque park and woodland. Off road and completely traffic free on network of flat surfaced paths, with a small section of grass/meadow. Chip to chip timing. Medal and goody bag for all participants. Winners prizes for 1st Male; 1st Female; 1st unplaced MV50,MV60; 1st unplaced FV45, FV55. The 10K will be followed by our family fun run.
