Organiser's notes:	This is the Sussex GP 5K race, its the second 5k race of our 2008 race series and will be followed by a 10k race in September and the Poppy Half marathon on 9th Nov 2008. The races are held on the promenade along the Seafront. This is our 8th sucessive year and entries increase year on year. A simple 500m format for the kids aged 2-6, 1,000m 7-12, 2,500m 12-15, these start at approx 6.30pm, 5k off at around 7pm. Prizes £50, £25, £10 and £25 for course record currently men 15.49, womens 17.06
