Organiser's notes:The event will take place on Sunday 30th July 2017 at Promenade Park, Maldon, Essex with Sprint and Olympic distances available. The event consists of an Open Water Swim in the River Blackwater, Cycle on the quiet and scenic roads of the Dengie Peninsula and  finishes with a lapped Run around the beautiful Promenade Park and Hythe Quay.
