Organiser's notes:	The Clissold Park Relay offers a unique way to run 10km with your friends. The team event will send each of the 4 members along a scenic flat 2.5km lap of the park. Each runner will complete the lap before handing on the baton to their team mate. Whether you save your fastest runner for the anchor leg or take an early advantage and hold on is up to you. Just make sure the baton makes it round!!
