Run Frimley is an event to raise money for the Frimley Park Hospital Stroke Appeal on Sunday 5th May. The event is comprised of a 10k Road Race and 2.5k Fun Run based at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey. New for 2019 the event will carry a UK Athletics licence and certificate of course accuracy meaning all results will be listed on RunBritain Rankings and Power of 10. Featuring chip timing for all participants and every participant will get a finishing medal and refreshments. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged (particularly in the fun run) and this year’s theme is “Your Favourite Disney Character” there are lots of prizes for top runners as well as the best fancy dress.
