5k and 10k (approx.) women's only event out and back along Worthing seafront. Start time 10am at The Lido on Worthing Promenade. Well marshalled, flat course on the promenade, coastal path and grass surface. Route marked with km markers. Mementos, christmas crackers, mince pies and cold drink at finish and medals for top 3 finishers in each race. Water at turn on 10k. Profits after expenses to charity.
