Many congratulations to Georgina Harland who took the European Modern Pentathlon Championship on 31st August at Usti nad Labem in the Czech Republic.

This win confirms Georgina's place in 2004 Athens Olympics and comes after being part of the winning British team in the World Championships in July and where she narrowly missed out on a bronze medal.

Georgina was a member of Canterbury Harriers a few years ago and still runs occasionally with the club when she is home. The club wish her all the best for her in the year to come.
