27/5/08  Thanet  (Minnis Bay ) starting  1930 hours

10/6/08  Deal (Fowlmead Park) starting 1930 hours

24/6/08  Ashford (Victoria Park) starting 1930 hours

08/7/08  Canterbury ( High School track) starting 1930 hours.

Please arrive in good time for team selections.

Remember these events are good fun sociable evenings for runners of ALL STANDARDS.

There are NO CLUB SESSIONS AT KINGS on the relay evenings.
