Kent Fitness Cross-Country League
From October through to February, Canterbury Harriers compete in the enjoyable Kent Fitness League cross-country series for non-elite
athletes (sub-34 10K men and sub-38 10K women are barred). We also stage one of the races in the league at Blean Woods.

Congratulations to Paddock Wood AC and Canterbury Harriers, the winners of the combined and ladies leagues, respectively, in the 2007-8 KFL. That was confirmed after the final race at Oxleas Wood.
Congratulations also to Mike Baron of Swanley & District and Tina Oldershaw of Paddock Wood who are the respective individual champions of the league this year.
The presentations were made after the end of season relays at Shorne Woods Country Park.
