5 Mile undulating course on tarmac roads and country lanes with a short grass section to finish.
Downhill start through Pleshey village and exiting to start 2 lap, anti-clockwise loops. exit from loop on to same road as out leg and head in to Pleshey Village hall field for grass finish.
2 lap course on quiet country lanes around the pretty village of Pleshey.
No medals, no T shirts but all finishers receive a burger from the BBQ.
