Come and join us in this speedy, pancake flat 5 mile race. The Deal Castle 5 Mile offers an accurately-measured, fast and flat promenade race. Organised by Deal Tri, this popular annual event always attracts a decent entry, with the course offering genuine pb potential if weather conditions are favourable. Prizes are on offer to leading runners, plus age group winners and team prizes. The 5 mile race is preceded by a 1500m Junior Race, a popular event with plenty of prizes on offer for age groups from under 8's upwards. Nice Work are responsible for Chip Timing & Entry Management Services for the event.
