Join the Ashford Striders for the return of the Charing 10k! This Friday evening race through the pretty Kent village of Charing is run along quiet country lanes with a stretch along the Pilgrims Way. The event includes a barbecue and family activities that follow after the race. Medals are awarded for all finishers plus there are refreshments, including home made cakes on sale to runners and spectators. The race is suitable for experienced runners and beginners alike, plus the race features chip timing. Prizes will be awarded to the leading runners and age category winners. In addition to the main 10k race, there will be be a family fun run
