Canterbury Harriers Club AGM

A warm invitation is extended to all members to attend our Club AGM on Monday 2nd October 2023 at St Stephen's Church Hall, Hales Drive, Canterbury CT2 7AB arriving from 7.15pm and commencing at 7.30pm.
Please come to discuss club affairs to ensure that you can continue to get the best from your membership and also see where you can contribute.
A light buffet will be provided after the meeting (approximately 9.00pm) with tea and coffee available. Do please stay to chat and munch.
The formal AGM documents will be emailed to you after 26th September.
Please note that we will have a Runners Rep role available. If you are interested in giving back to your club and representing the views of your fellow runners, please do email Mel your interest. The role entails the following:
Runners Representative
- Attendance at committee meetings
- Regular attendance at club sessions
- Engagement with members at club sessions and social events
- Represent members' opinions, concerns and/or suggestions at committee meeting
- Skills gained: collaborative skills, communication, organisation, active listening, volunteering and information-gathering
- Estimated monthly hours: 1-2 hours max
