Event Details

The Ealing Mile is a race held in Lammas Park, Ealing, W5 5JH. It offers a fast, friendly and fun lunchtime race. 

With its friendly atmosphere and community feel, the Ealing Mile offers a great opportunity to enjoy one of Ealing’s famous leafy green parks. Lammas Park is also the start and finish of the Ealing Half Marathon. 

This event is open to anyone aged 17 years and above and welcomes participants of all abilities – whether they choose to run, jog or walk the course. 

The course is based on the distance markers in Lammas Park and has been measured precisely. Course map. The race is a UK Athletics licensed race, times are officially recorded and will feature on Power of 10 and Run Britain rankings.

Date: First Friday of the month (please check each month as due to hosting other events, they are not held every month).

Race start: 12:30

Race numbers: can be collected from 12:00 onwards

Cost:

Affiliated runner (club member) £5.50 plus processing fee of 40p
Unaffiliated runner (non club runner) £7.50 plus processing fee of 50p

Registration: Please register in advance, registration closes at 10:00am the day before the event and we are unable to offer registrations on the day.

Bottled water is not provided. Please bring a refillable water bottle and use the drinking fountain in Lammas Park. There is no secure bag drop available but you can leave your bag at registration with a volunteer (at your own risk, parkrun style). Please leave any valuables at home.
