The RunThrough Foundation in 2025 is steadfast in its mission to break down barriers to entry by offering free events that prioritise first-time runners and spotlight underrepresented groups in the running community, with the aim of inspiring others to get active.
The RunThrough Foundation 10k will be coming to the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 3rd August 2025!
Entry to the RunThrough Foundation 10k will be balloted due to the extremely high demand and we will be working to prioritise a proportion of places to first time runners as well as those from lower income areas to help break down barriers to entry.
