Smugglers 10k - Shiver me timbers – yo, ho, ho – the Smugglers are back in 2023.
Possibly the only race started in Kent with a cannon firing. Live music, muskets and real pirates! The 10k route follows the seafront from Minnis Bay to Reculver, infamous for its smuggling in days gone by. Every finisher will also get a special medal commissioned for the event.
This is a flat 10k route, making it suitable for both beginners and those chasing a quick time! There will be live pirates, parrots and gun crews and our usual fun and friendly atmosphere. Bring the whole family and enjoy this lovely coastal location.
As with all of our events we organise, we will be using the very latest chip timing. We will be providing a live feed onto our website for results - so cross the line and your result goes live!
